RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it in new condition within 30 days of the original ship date or purchase date if the product(s) was bought at the Team Store or merchandise stand locations at the
We will exchange the item or give you a credit or refund for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping and handling charges, by your original method of payment. Please allow 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your return to be exchanged or credited. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. If you wish to exchange your item, please indicate in writing the new product you wish to receive. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any item returned to the Portland Pirates that is exchanged for a different size or style. To return or exchange an item, write your invoice number on the outside of the box and send it via UPS or Certified US Mail to: Portland Pirates Team Store, 94 Free Street,
Refunds: Refund Requests are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Regardless of the shipping price to the customer, the original shipping costs will be billed back to the customer upon completion of the return. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise. We strive for customer satisfaction and will do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful shopping experience.
